Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1Age more than 60, 2ASA grades I &II, 3Patients willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: â�¢Obesity (Body mass index â�¥30), â�¢Presence of febrile illness, known allergy to either of the study drugs, â�¢Body temperature below 35�°C during surgery. â�¢ischaemic heart disease, neuro-behavioural disorders, thyroid dysfunction, â�¢severe diabetic/autonomic neuropathy
