Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Irrespective of gender, religion and occupation 2 People who belongs to different region of Rajasthan 3 People who are consuming Region wise beneficial Traditional dietary and culinary practices of Rajasthan 4 People who are consuming Specific (posses medicinal and nutritional value) traditional dietary and culinary practices of Rajasthan to get prevention from or as treatment of various seasonal, chronic diseases 5 People who are consuming Traditional dietary and culinary practices of rajasthan which includes at least one of the following potent Ayurvedic herbs (Tila,Haridra,Ker,Sangri, Shigru,Gond,Methi ,Vastuka, Gunda,Kumatiya etc.) or any other 6 People who are consuming Traditional dietary and culinary practices by three consecutive generations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 People who doesnâ??t belong to different region of Rajasthan 2 People who are consuming Traditional dietary and culinary practices of Rajasthan which doesnâ??t beneficial for prevention and treatment of diseases 3 People who are consuming Traditional dietary and culinary practices of Rajasthan but unaware of its effect on own health 4 People who are not consuming Traditional dietary and culinary practices by three consecutive generations

â?¢ Outcomes of the study will be identification of some nutritional medicine recipes among the traditional dietary and culinary practices of Rajasthan â?¢ Screened and Selected traditional and culinary practices will be helpful in the prevention or management of diseases â?¢ Beneficial to the food industry and entrepreneurship â?¢ Help us to prepare different standards and to present Traditional dietary and culinary practices of Rajasthan in manner of nutritional and medicinal parameters Timepoint: 80 weeks
