Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Male and Females with BMI More than 25.00 will be recruited for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects/Participants with hypertension, pregnant, lactating, cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney function impairment, HCV, HIV, HBsAg seropositive status, patients with known gastro-intestinal bleeding, psychologically ill, and under 18 years of age will be excluded from study

Outcome of the research is expected to provide critical scientific evidence to the benefits of the practice of yoga. This will validate the yogic practices adopted and make them more acceptable. The findings obtained through this study would suggest how effectively the yoga can be used as an effective life-style modality to improve the overall health as well as to reduce the use of medication.Timepoint: The assessment will be done at baseline, after 30 days of intervention and after 6 months
