Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Hospitalized chronic neck pain patient with mobility dysfunction, Central and symmetrical neck pain, Patients who will willing to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with clinical disorder where physiotherapy intervention is contraindicated such as infective conditions of neck, dermatitis, malignancy, Diagnosis of tumor, fracture and osteoporosis. Surgery to the neck or thoracic spine. Neck pain due to cord compression.
