Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Menopausal Women in the age group of 45 to 60 years. Parous women with Past history of normal menstrual cycles. Patient complains of Depression, anxiety, hot flushes, mood swings, palpitation, joint pain, vaginal dryness, insomnia, memory problems. Patient willing to sign the informed consent, follow the protocol, and participate in clinical trials voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with STD like HIV, Syphilis, and Gonorrhea. History of Cardiovascular, Renal, or Liver Disease. Patients with systemic disease and malignancy. Patient with a History of Hypothyroidism. History of any bleeding disorder. Nulliparous women Patient ongoing HRT or had HRT during previous 3 months. Women with Artificial or surgical menopause.
