Inclusion criteria: Age Between 18 to 40 Years, Both Male and Female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any Recent Musculoskeletal Injury or Any Past History of Surgery to Lower Limb or Spine, History of Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus or Other Diagnossed Condition, Any Diagnosed Degenerative Condition of Joint of Lower Limb, Any Neurological Condition, Any Deformity to Knee, Back or Hip.
