Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 65 years Gender Male Female and transgender Five attacks each lasting for 4 to 72 hours and having any two of the following symptoms A headache of unilateral location Pulsating quality Mild to moderate intensity Aggravation by routine physical activity Patient must have at least any one of the following symptoms Often accompanied by nausea and or vomiting Sensitivity to light and sound Patient who willing to participate in the study by signing consent and fulfilling the conditions of proforma Headache Impact Test total score 36 to 59 will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with the history of Hypertension Cervical spondylosis Cerebro vascular diseases Trigeminal neuralgia Traumatic history Psychiatric illness Eye diseases Seizures Uncontrolled diabetes patient with any other serious systemic illness

The outcome of the study will be assessed by reduction in clinical symptoms through Headache Impact Test score and Headache diaryTimepoint: 18 MONTHS
