Health Condition 1: M750- Adhesive capsulitis of shoulder

Interventions

Intervention1: Yoga: A total of 9 yogic asanas, 1 pranayama, and 1 relaxation technique of yoga as a whole will be followed by Group A under the supervision of yoga therapists for a period of 20 minut

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between 30-60 years of age Loss of passive motion of the glenohumeral joint greater than 25% or 30 in at least 2 directions (flexion, external rotation, and internal rotation) compared with the contralateral side The pain score of more than or equal to 7 on the NRS scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bilateral frozen shoulder Previous corticosteroid injection at the affected shoulder within 3 months Prior history of trauma, shoulder surgery within 12 months
