Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Individuals residing in Delhi at least for three years. 2)Apparently healthy individuals of either gender Vata, Pitta and Kapha Dosha predominance in ekdoshaj Prakriti. 3)Same individuals having seasonal variations in Varsha ritu of Vata Vriddhi including Vata Vyadhi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Known patients who are critically ill will be excluded. 2) Patients having acute disorder will be excluded. 3) Pregnant, lactating women and women on contraceptive pills will be excluded

MeasureTime frame
The different quantity, patterns and levels of Vata Guna modifications described in various context in Ayurveda texts may match to the relevant context in seasonal variations of Vata predominated Prakriti Individuals on clinical examination.Timepoint: Time points is specific time at which the outcome will be assessed/estimated i.e. at baseline, 4 weeks and 8 weeks

MeasureTime frame
Proteomics profile can guide the identification of progression in Dosh Guna modifications, patterns and levels and actionable chance to prevent progression of disease. 4)Proteomic study may allow greater understanding of the complexity of life and the process of evolution than the study of the genetic code alone with Genomic sequencing Vata Prakriti individuals.Timepoint: 1 year
