Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Individuals residing in Delhi at least for three years. 2)Apparently healthy individuals of either gender Vata, Pitta and Kapha Dosha predominance in ekdoshaj Prakriti. 3)Same individuals having seasonal variations in Varsha ritu of Vata Vriddhi including Vata Vyadhi
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Known patients who are critically ill will be excluded. 2) Patients having acute disorder will be excluded. 3) Pregnant, lactating women and women on contraceptive pills will be excluded
