Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are taking hydroxychloroquine for atleast 2 years for, RA, SLE, Sjogrenâ??s syndrome, Other connective tissue diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anterior segment disease, Glaucoma, Nystagmus, Retinal disease especially macular pathology History of vitreoretinal surgery Media opacity preventing fundus view

To analyze Central Macular thickness and Fundus auto fluorescence changes in patients who is on hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) by spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) and short-wavelength autofluorescence (SW-AF) Blue autofluorescence.Timepoint: Spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) and short-wavelength autofluorescence (SW-AF) Blue autofluorescence on the day 1.
