Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Able to and willing to provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Clinically important coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, history of stroke or transient ischemic attack 2) Known case of psychiatric illness. 3) Immediate life-threatening comorbidities 4) Requiring NIV during bronchoscopy for other indications
