Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Isolated head injury (no blunt chest/ abdominal trauma/fractures of upper/lower limbs), 2. Glasgow coma scale (GCS) score and fifth day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient relation refusal 2 Newly detected additional trauma 3 History of pre injury neurological deficits present
