Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients between age group of 18 to 60 years will be included 2.patients diagnosed with Hypothyroidism 3.Patients fit for Vaman Karma will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with complication like cardiac problems, emphysema and gastric ulcer will be excluded 2.Pregnant women and lactating mothers will be excluded 3.Patients contraindicated for vaman karma 4.Patients above 60 yrs and below 18 years will be excluded
