Inclusion criteria: Community dwelling elderly individuals within the age of 60-90 years Both Male and Female Elderly with mini mental score >25 Frail and Nonfrail elderly population Fried phenotype Index

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly individuals having the following Cognitive impairment Neurological disorders Malignancy Bone diseases Excessive pain
