Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Teeth with signs and symptoms of reversible pulpitis. 2. Carious lesions on the occlusal and proximal surfaces. 3. Radiolucency involving enamel, dentin with close proximity to pulp. 4. Iatrogenic pulpal exposure in a clean field with easily controllable bleeding.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Teeth with signs and symptoms of Irreversible pulpitis, apical periodontitis, and periapical abscess. 2. Radiolucency exhibiting frank encroachment on the pulp. 3. Radiographs of the teeth exhibiting pulpal calcifications, furcal/ apical radiolucency, internal/external resorption. 4. Grossly decayed teeth with complete loss of crown structure. 5. Clinical evidence of uncontrollable bleeding, non-vital pulp and large pulpal exposure.
