Inclusion criteria: Healthy participants, Age group 20-40 years, Best Corrected Visual Acuity -6/9 or better

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any ocular abnormalities, Refractive correction >=5.00DS and >=-2.00DC, History of any Clinically Significant systemic illness
