Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women of age group 19-30 years Women who delivered thoroughly LSCS and FTND Women with IRD � 2.2cm ( Women with Diastasis recti) Women without IRD Primi-gravida and multigravida � Women till postpartum 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with prior history of any respiratory, cardiovascular diseases Multiple pregnancy Women with Hydrominos Women with anemia Those on chronic therapy for any other ailment
