Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic apical periodontitis Single and multirooted teeth with straight canals, Intact pulp chamber walls, Necrotic pulp confirmed by pulp test Asymptomatic evidence of asymptomatic apical periodontitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gross curious lesion Crown root fracture Retreatment cases Periodontal pocket with pocket greater than 4 mm
