Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students using laptops for minimum 2 hours/day. Students who show moderate to low intensity physical activity according to IPAQ students who have pain according to NMPQ Participants who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students other than Physiotherapy profession Students having vigorous intensity activity according to IPAQ Students who use desktop computers, tablets and mobile phones Students who are not willing to participate
