Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mesioangular and Vertical impacted mandibular third molars Pell and Gregory classification class 1, class 2, position A, position B

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe systemic illness -Bleeding disorder- deranged BT/PT/INR -uncontrolled diabetes-RBS greater than 180 -Uncontrolled BP more than 140/90mmHg Patients under active steroid therapy 20mg of cortisone or its equivalent daily for 2weeks in last two years patients with mouth opening less than 25mm Distoangular impacted thir molar Patients with deeply impacted mandibular third molar(Pell and Gregory position C and class 3)
