Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have undergone decompression surgery of cervical spine with post-surgical duration of 4-6 weeks 2.Patients belonging to either gender 3.Patients of >=30 years of age 4.Patients should be able to understand and follow commands
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients unable to perform NHPT due to severe weakness of arm and hand 2.Patients 3.Cervical spine surgeries for non-degenerative condition 4.Patients with preexisting, diagnosed frozen shoulder, musculoskeletal disorder of upper limb example fracture 5.Patients with comorbid neurological disease example stroke, Parkinsonâ??s disease 6.Patients not willing to participate in the study
