Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Serum TSH level more than Normal Level (5-12mIU/L) 2.mild to moderate cases and either known cases or fresh cases of Hypothyroidism.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.TSH level more than 12 mIU/L 2.Patients who are below 18 years and above 60 years 3.Patients with Cardiac abnormalities/disease 4.Female patients who are Pregnant. 5.Any Congenital anomaly and autoimmune disease
