Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients presenting with symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome viz. Pain over wrist joint, Numbness over the thumb index, middle and lateral three and half of ring fingers of hand. 2.Paresthesia over the wrist thumb, index, middle and lateral half of ring fingers of hand. 3. Restricted movements of wrist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of Systemic diseases such as Diabetes, Tuberculosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Gouty Arthritis. Patients with Malignant Tumors, Senile osteoporosis in and around wrist joint. Patients with h/o Colleâ??s Fracture, Smithâ??s Fracture, Compound Fracture, Pathological Fracture, mal united Fracture of wrist joint Vascular insufficiency to forearm and hand Pregnant women
