Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those males with erectile dysfunction who do not respond completely to PDE 5 inhibitor Tadalafil alone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Males with comorbidtites Males with sexual dysfunction other than erectile dysfunction Males with erectile dysfunction who responded totally to tadalafil
