Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The study population consisted of clinically diagnosed hypertrophic scars and keloids patient. 2.Age 5-60 years. 3.Symptomatic for at least last 6 months. 4.Patients with known but controlled systemic diseases with medication. 5.Patient giving written consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unevaluated skin overgrowth abnormalities. 2.Patient with infected scars. 3.Patients with non-healing ulceration. 4.Patients suffering marjolinâ??s ulcer 5.Patients with psychiatric diseases. 6.Pregnancy and lactation. 7.Cases suffering from uncontrolled systemic illness or life-threatening infections or any vital organ failure. 8.Cases already undergoing homoeopathic treatment for any chronic purpose.

To compare the changes in POSAS and VSS scores between the two groups ,individualized homoeopathic medicines with empirically selected medicine THIOSINAMINUM.Timepoint: Baseline and after 6 months.
