Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed with Periodontitis with pocket depth more than 5mm and a minimum of 20 teeth in mouth No treatment received for periodontal disease in the past three months Systemically healthy patient Able to understand and sign a written, informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases Smokers Patients with less than 20 teeth Pregnant and lactating women
