Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1.Individuals who have classical sign and symptoms of krishta 2.Individuals who have BMI less than 18.5 in both male and female. 3.Age between 17-34 years. 4.Healthy individuals with vatapradhana prakriti 5.Individual having only vegetarian diet. 6.Acceptable Ideal body fat percentage for Male is 18-25% and in female is 25-31%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1.Individual having sleep disturbance like insomnia. 2.Individual having HTN, T.B., Diabetes, Juvenile DM, chronic disease, congenital anomalies, Renal dysfunction. 3.Individual below 17 years and above 34 years.
