Intervention1: Orthodontic Implants: Orthodontic Implants will be placed in the maxilla using dynamic navigation method on one side of arch. Time duration taken for placement is 45 minutes to 60 minut

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients requiring Maximum anchorage 2.Patients requiring premolar extraction 3.Patients who will be able to give informed consent 4.Complete eruption of permanent teeth (except 3rd molars).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Syndromic patients like cleft lip & palate 2.Young adolescents 3.Patients with any systemic diseases like Diabetes mellitus, bone disorders
