Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients presenting within 4 days of aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage and planned for either surgical clipping or endovascular coiling

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pre-existing vasospasm pre-existing neurological deficits refusal to participate in the study
