Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are willing to give written consent 2. Newly diagnosed dyslipidemia patient 3. Serum Cholesterol less than 239mg per dl 4. Serum Triglycerides less than 199mg per dl 5. Serum HDL less than 40mg per dl 6. Serum LDL less than 159mg per dl 7. Serum VLDL more than 50mg per dl 8. Patient with controlled hypertension systolic not more than 140mg per dl and diastolic not more than 90 mm per hg 9. Patient with controlled type II diabetes fasting below 130mg per dl PP below 180mg per dl 10. All or any of these

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 20 years and above 60 years 2. Patient not willing to give written consent 3. With other systemic diseases like cardiovascular diseases associated with any rectal pathology like Hemorrhoids Fissure etc 4. Patients not fit for niruh basti
