Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA class I and II Undergoing elective lumbar fixation surgeries in 2 levels or at least 6 screws

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Renal, hepatic or Cardiac insufficiencies Alcohol or drug abuse Psychiatric disease Allergy to any of the study drugs
