Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with Echocardiographic evidence of Left Ventricular Wall Motion Abnormality without or with evident of cardiovascular diseases. 2)Patients already on conventional therapy for LVWMA at least for 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with Ejection Fraction of Left Ventricle 2)Patients with the history of the unstable angina,Acute Myocardial Infarction(newly diagnosed acute cases),Severe Valvular defects,congenital heart diseases,pericarditis,arrythmia,Congestive Heart Failure.
