Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of DSPN ( who fulfil the diagnostic criteria ) ? Participants with HbA1c value between 7 and 8 ? Patients up to the stage of N2a i.e., stage of mild diabetic polyneuropathy is needed to be considered ? Participants from whom the written consent is obtained
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those with CAD, retinopathy , nephropathy diseases Those with alcoholic, smoking dependency ? Participants who are having other systemic diseases. ? Patients having foot ulcer, cellulitis. ? Patient who suffer with N2b stage i.e Severe diabetic polyneuropathy ? Participants with HbA1C value more than 8 mg/dl ? Serum Creatinine value more than 1.1mg/dl
