Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group - 20 to 60 years irrespective of gender and socio-economic status. 2.Surgical wounds of Fissure in ano after 48 hrs. 3.Patient who has voluntarily agreed to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Fissure abscess with Fistula in ano. 2.Atypical Fissure in ano. 3.Patient with post operative complications like severe bleeding and pain. 4.Patient not willing to undergo trial.
