Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children diagnosed as FGID [Functional dyspepsia, Functional nausea and vomiting ,FAP-NOS and Functional Constipation] by ROME IV Criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Children diagnosed with celiac disease, Hypothyroidism, IBD, Diabetes, renal disease or neurodisability 2)Children with FGID apart from the above 3 types like IBS, Abdominal migraine, Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome

MeasureTime frame
1)To find out the Faecal Microbiota profile in children with FGIDs and matching that with normal control 2)Matching the profile with clinical behaviour 3) Find out the faecal microbiota map in children tested positive for SIBO before and after treatment 4) Compare the microbiota profile between the SIBO positive and SIBO negative groups before and after treatment 5) Finding out the change if any in the fecal microbiota profile of SIBO negative group, 3m after treatment with Lactobacillus reuteri DSM17938 Timepoint: at baseline and at 3 months after treatment
