Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.DMFT score between 2-12, 2.Gingival index as zero (Loe and Silness, 1963), 3.agreement to comply with the study visits and procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with the history of antibiotic use in the past 1 month 2.Subjects with the history of any fluoride treatment in the past 2 weeks were excluded from the study.
