Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History of inferior heel pain for atleast 3 months Pain on palpation of the medial calcaneal tubercle Participants who are willing to participate in study Plantar heel pain that increases in the morning with the first step after waking up Symptoms decreasing with slight levels of activity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Below 19 years of age and above 40 years of age History of systemic diseases Prior heel surgery Pregnant Red flags to manual thrapies Diagnosis of fibromyalgia syndrome
