Inclusion criteria: 1.VALID CONSENT 2.PATIENT POSTED FOR ELECTIVE LOWER LIMB SURGERY 3.AGE-20 TO 50 YRS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2.Emergency surgery 3.Local infection at the site 4.Allergy to the drug,Patient with anatomical anomalies 5.Obese patients(BMI > 29)
