Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) age of 18-35 year . 2)diagnosed patients of pcos by usg having complaints of oligomenorrhoea and menorrhoea. 3)patients fit for vamana karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients having any other disease causing oligomenorrhoea and amenorrhoea. 2) any organic lesion of reproductive tract like T.B.,carcinoma and congenital deformities or any other pelvic pathology. 3)patients suffering from adrenal hyperplasia ,sever insulin reisitance andorgen secreting neoplasm,thyroid abnormalities. 4) patients diagnosed with any type of malignancy. 5) pregnancy and lactation. 6) cardiac disease. 7) patients unfit for vamana karma.

Subjective parameters- â?¢Cardinal menstruation symptoms 1) yathochitkalaadarshana(oligomenorrhoea)-when the menstrual bleeding occurring more than 35 days apart and which remain constant at that frequency. 2) Artavanasha (amenorrhoea)-when the menstrual bleeding is absent more than 15 days. Objective parameters- â?¢ USG (TVS/LW.ABD.) â?¢ S. FSH â?¢ S.LH Timepoint: 1day,13day,12 weeks
