Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: TSH More than 4.5 mIU/L Chronicity less than 5 years Freshly diagnosed as hypothyroidism diagnosed case of hypothyroidism on the basis of serum TSH,T3 and T4 levels

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient undergone any thyroid surgery 2. patient suffering from cardiac Abnormality,diabetes, carcinomas. 3. Chronicity more than 5 years. 4. TSH above 15mIU/l
