Inclusion criteria: < 34 weeks neonates admitted to NICU within 6 hours of life with respiratory distress

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. >34 weeks 2. No respiratory distress 3. Admission beyond 6 hours of life to NICU
