Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with pulp necrosis. Maxillary and mandibular molar teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to participate in the study. Teeth with Apical size more than 40

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effectiveness of SLP EA in cleaning the root canal system. To evaluate the ATP levels in the root canal system after root canal instrumentation and activation of irrigants with SLP EA. To evaluate the ATP levels in the root canal system after root canal instrumentation with gold standard irrigation protocol. To compare the ATP levels in the root canal system after root canal instrumentation with SLP EA and gold standard irrigation protocol. Timepoint: At 15 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes

Evaluate post operative pain after completion of root canal treatment.Timepoint: At 8hrs, 24hrs, 48hrs
