Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients undergoing surgery for Cerebral aneurysm clipping with age >18 years 2. ASA I, II, III patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients 2. Patients not willing to give consent 3. Patients in whom CNS assessment is not feasible. 4. Hemodynamically unstable patients.

The impact of neuroprotective measures on post operative new onset cerebral vascular complications are also studiedTimepoint: The patient will further be followed up 2 hours post operation, day 1 of post operation and before discharge while looking out for new post-operative cerebral vascular complications.—
