Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Soccer Goalkeeper Must be 3+ years of previous soccer training Exercising approximately at least 3 training session per week including matches and training Should be participating in high intensity training sessions or competitive matches at least 1 day every week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any medical history of upper extremity injury that had required medical attention in past 6 months. Athlete underwent any major surgery of shoulder or any upper extremity bone fracture in the previous year. Should not participating in any other rehabilitation or injury prevention program.
