Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient having previously positive RT-PCR. 2. Patient of age group 20-70 years of age of both sexes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient of age group less than 20 and more than 70 years. 2. Patient with previously negative RT-PCR.
