Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Over weight : BMI 25-30 2.FBS : 110-150 mg/dl 3.PBS: 150-200 mg/dl 4.HbA1c : 6 -7.5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI more than 30 1.FBS more than 150 mg/dl 2.PPBS more than 200 mg/dl 3.HbA1c : more than 7.5
