Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who get score less than 26 in moca and less than 24 in mmse scale. 2. Subjects willing to participate with written informed consent which is conveyed in the language which the subject can understand.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who have lost cognitive function as a result of trauma 2. Subjects with tumor types of dementia like alzheimers dementia, vascular dementia, lewybody dementia etc and lost cognitive function as a result of these. 3. Subjects with uncontrolled systemic illness including diabetes mellitus and hypertension. 4. Subjects under anti psychotic drugs, anti epileptic drugs. 5. Subjects having any other conditions which can interfere with the treatment.
