Inclusion criteria: All cases with abnormal uterine bleeding,fibroid,adenomyosis,endometerial hyperplasis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENTS WITH HISTORY OF ABDOMINAL SURGERIES ASA Gr.3-4 Non willing patients
