Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients wiling to participate newly diagnosed and confirmed cases which are not on modern medications ppbs 200-3--mg/dl fbs 126-250mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: below 31 yr and above 60 years having type 1 DM high ppbs anf fbs ranges other than in inclusions pregnant and lactating mothers severe generalised complications subjects
