Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with parental consent 2.Age between 1 year and 10 years 3.ASA 1 & 2 patients 4.Major elective surgery- abdominal, thoracic and genitourinary open surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with electrolyte imbalances 2.Patients with altered hemodynamic status 3.Surgery duration
